Cryogenic Check Valve
Ability Engineering Technology, Inc. utilizes and provides a cryogenic check valve that has been well-established as a go-to solution for cryogenic vapor and liquid flow direction management.
The Check Valve is designed to be installed in a vertical position and harnesses gravity to return back to a closed position every time.
With a fully welded construction the check valve body is guaranteed to seal and is approved for helium checking services.
The AET Cryogenic Check Valve is also beneficial to decrease thermal acoustical oscillations in helium and hydrogen systems. For more information on the effects of thermal acoustic oscillations, The Cryogenic Society of America has an article written by Dr. John Weisend that can be seen on their site here.
